We want your learning to be as good as possible and therefore we remind you that: 

• You can book or cancel your classes at least 24 hours in advance.
• Be punctual: don’t make the teacher and your colleagues wait!
• Find a comfortable place: find a quiet space that allows you to enjoy the class. It is mandatory to use a camera and make sure you have a good internet connection.
• We reserve the right to change your class level, or cancel and refund you for any remaining classes if we find that you do not reach the required level.

Our live classes plans are from A2 level up to C2.
